TRG Pakistan Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on 2 December 2002 under the Companies Act 1984 which was repealed as a public limited company. On May 14, 2003, the Company was granted a license to invest in venture capital as a non-banking finance company pursuant to the Incorporation and Regulations by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (“SECP”).
